Cancellation Policy
Noon Beauty Collective Booking & Cancellation Policy
All appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
A valid and secured card is required to book all appointments. By completing your booking, you authorize Noon Beauty Collective to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.
If the card on file is invalid or declines when a fee is processed, booking privileges will be suspended until the balance is paid in full. Repeated declined payments may result in indefinite suspension from future bookings.
By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. Fees will be processed accordingly and do not require additional notification once agreed upon.
